Can you change your life in 21 days?
I plan to.
Thanks to a little nudge from the one and only Deepak Chopra, I have decided to change my outlook on life in the course of 21 days.
From this day forward, I am committing to writing every day (right here), meditating along with Deepak Chopra (on his 21 day meditation), and practicing yoga (for the ultimate self discovery).
I’m going to take the time to find purpose in every day. I’m going to start each day anew, with a smile, and a hunger for more knowledge.
Life is a journey, and I’m ready to explore.
21 grams is said to be the weight of the soul.
I’m ready to discover my soul, to take on this spiritual journey.
There is so much to learn in this world but the greatest knowledge comes from within.
I hope you will follow me on this journey and follow along with Deepak Chopra on his guided meditations.
Individually we can change ourselves, together we can change the world.

I like it but I am somewhat frustrated by my “mind chatter”. I am pregnant and rather hormonal too, so when I get frustrated I can also get teary!
