Every day is that day.

Every day is another chance to experience that exquisite happiness. The key is that it lies within.

Each moment we are given in life is a gift. Each breath we take, each miraculous heartbeat, this is where happiness lies. Occasionally, throughout your day, stop and listen to yourself. Sit in silence. Think of a happy thought and feel the warmth of happiness run through you.

The truth is, that happiness has been there all day waiting for you. It is with you at every moment…even in your darkest hour.

There is another secret I must tell you.

You are beautiful. Yes, you that is reading this. You are beautiful and you live in a beautiful world. You may not be perfect, but perfection is not beauty. You with your flaws, you exactly as you were born into this world, you when you wake up in the morning and just when you go to bed at night, you are beautiful.

And you live in a beautiful world.

Your path begins with this acceptance:

I am beautiful and I live in a beautiful world.
