Stop Hating Your Period

by | Dec 13, 2016

The moment I embraced my period and let it go, was the moment the pain lifted.

A few weeks ago I was honored to be part of the Painless Period Summit by Womb Goddess. In my interview we had the chance to talk about our periods – something that SO many women are scared to do. I talked about how opening up and sharing about my painful periods has helped me in my process of healing from endometriosis and PCOS.

“Your period is the absolute surrender because you cannot control it,” – Suki.

My favorite part of the interview was talking about letting go. Wow, I cannot tell you how much this simple shift in my consciousness has helped me. You see, the uterus is made up of so many muscles and when we hold on to things (pain, anger, frustration, unresolved issues), we can hold onto that pain in our uterus. Letting go and releasing, welcoming your period instead of fighting it, is an important part of your healing.

Ever since I started welcoming my period and going with the flow (including giving up tampons), I have been pain FREE for the past three months! It’s miraculous. Watch the whole interview here!

I’m giving away a free painless period 15-minute consultation…

Book a free call with me and let us break through the grind of hating your period and start giving you the freedom to live a happy, painless life.

Would you be interested in participating in a quick survey with me? In return I will give you a free 30-minute Painless Period consultation. Simply reply to this email and let me know you are interested and we will set up a call. I won’t take more than 20 minutes of your time for the survey and then we can schedule our 30 minute consultation after that. Also, please join my PCOS and Endometriosis community on Facebook for more healing tips.

I hope to talk to you soon. I hope you know that your journey with pain is the journey to make you into a strong, awesome, kick ass human being. Keep going! Keep shining,
